We generate today 4,000 direct jobs that contribute to the positive transformation of the developing economy of the region. Our workers are our greatest asset, and we are continuously investing on benefits to increase their satisfaction and well-being.

 

 

 

By joining the Company, each worker is trained in basic issues of sanitation and work safety. As the majority of our collaborators received insufficient schooling, a future goal is to provide adult education in the farm.

 

 

 

Actions developed in the farm:

For the 2010 Brazilian Carnaval in February, Agrícola Famosa in partnership with SESC (Commerce Social Service), organized lectures in every department of the company, advising about health and safety.

  

  

 

We are also trying to adapt so as to become self-sufficient in the provision of food for daily meals.
