Technology: the future is here!

Agrícola Famosa is the only company in Brazil using infra-red technology to measure the brix of melons. With this system we are capable of measuring the Brix level without having to cut or puncture the fruit. This way we can have more accurate results and minimum waste of fruits.  

• Water: 4 deep wells (800 m) and 48 shallow wells with capacity for 4.900 cubic meters per hour. In the leased farms there are more than 27 wells with capacity to extract 3.300 cubic meters per hour.
